A dental veneer is a thin, shell-like piece of porcelain that our cosmetic dentists place directly onto the front surface of your tooth.

To care for your dental veneers, simply brush and floss as usual.
We’ll start by discussing your smile goals. Then we’ll match the shade to get the right color for your new custom veneers and take precise measurements of your teeth. We may also shave a tiny amount of enamel from your tooth and take impressions.
Next, we’ll either mill your custom veneers on our CEREC® machine, while you wait comfortably in one of our operatories, or make custom temporaries after taking impressions which will be sent to a lab for custom fabrication. Once fabricated, we’ll securely attach the dental veneer using a special adhesive, and check to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
